Judy McArn currently serves as a Commissioner for the Town of Franklinton and is the retired Department of Health and Human Services Section Chief for North Carolina Child Support. For her “significant contributions to the state and her communities through exemplary service and exceptional accomplishments—The Order of the Long Leaf Pine Society”, Mrs. McArn was the recipient of the Long Leaf Pine in 2017.
