Rosemary Champion currently serves as a Representative on the Franklin County Board of Education. She has been serving on the Board since 2013, and has received the NCSBA’s Academy for School Boardmanship Award for Excellence for her service. She was also selected by the Greater Franklin County Chamber as 2009’s Citizen of the Year.
